Photoshop HELP!

Hey guys can someone please do me a favor and photoshop this picture here? :pray:

I need the 4 in the 148210 number to be a 9 and the 2 to be an 8. So it says 198810

I will be eternally grateful :hi5:

I guess that '9' needs a base - try this one:
