How to do you guys switch heads?

Mainly I mean from one body type to another. I migfht be looking to swap out some bodies eventually and I'm gonna need to know how to do the heads.

Just run the head under some hot tap water for a minute until the plastic is soft enough to easily pop off the stem. Presto!

Can the attachment be removed to be put onto another body? I don't have the hemispherical attachment on the hot toys body to put the head onto. I want to switch Obi wan over to a hot toys body. I think he'll pose better.

Ah, the perfect opening for my own similar question! About that "hemspherical attachment" thing, which might be called a neckpost or a headpost -- anybody know where to buy a few? I want to attach some custom heads to Dragon bodies, and wonder if I can do it without removing that piece from an existing head.

The only place I've found them is Old Joe Infirmary, but theirs are for classic GI Joe bodies. They don't appear to match the Dragon piece at all. Nothing at Monkey Depot, War-Toys or Battle Rhino.

Anyone know other sites that part figures out?

I managed to get a couple of the connectors, had to buy the heads with them though.
Does anyone have any pictures of the inside of the necks on the sideshow figures?
