Make up?? Shiny?

Hey.

Im changing some stuff on my Helen custom.Instead of being from the parde,shes from the alley scene.Shes now bare foot ect.

Any way is there anyway to make her dress more shiny?Its already shiny but how do I make it more so?A spray?

Also an I use make up on her eyes?Like a dark pencil around the eyes?Is there a good way to make her apear to have been crying?
