Film is probably, sadly, Ninja Turtles, the Movie. When I was a kid, for a time, I watched it every single night as I went to sleep. Scene-wise, after the first few scenes from that movie, possibly the opening scene to Miller's Crossing. Love it because of the great colorful language and interplay between the characters. And also, it is just so beautifully shot. I used to just watch that one scene and then turn the movie off and go about my business.

The Princess Bride . . . and Reservoir Dogs . . .

If either one of these are on I have to watch them . . . and I even put them on for background sometimes . . .

No clue. I wish I had counted. On the other hand, maybe I'm glad I don't know how many times I've watched certain things.

I've probably seen B89 or Star Wars the most number of times. I used to get B89 every week from the library and my sister and I watched it until it wore out. But once I saw Star Wars, that was it. I got that nifty 1995 VHS boxset and would watch it at least once a month for many many years to come.

Hard to say one particula because o different genres, but would have to saw The Original Star Wars...Episode 4....

But, I have watched Underworld a ton of times too.

Comedy-wise: Airplane! Always have to watch that even if flipping channels and it is on.

And of course, every year at Xmas time you have the "12 Days of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" at my house. :D

You'd probably never guess.

Wait! I know... I know this one:

The Fellowship of the Ring for film I have seen the most....followed closely by A Christmas Story which I watch several times every holiday season.

This is one great scene I love from Apocalypto - which I have also seen many, many times.

The lighting of the beacons in Return of the King always gives me chills and I will watch it repeatedly.

Also when Gandalf fall in The Fellowship of the Rings. Makes me teary everytime.

There are a bunch,

- Batman 1989 (probably the Axis Chemicals scene). I pretty much destroyed the VHS from watching it so many times

- Star Wars and Empire, same as above. Rescuing Leia from the Death Star and the Bespin duel was probably my most watched scenes from both of them.

- The Terminator, Police Shootout and the surgery scene

- Robocop, Alex Murphy's death, ED-209, the factory shootout

- T2: Judgment Day, pretty much every scene. The galleria, Pescadero, Cyberdyne, the Steel Mill, pretty much all of it

- Die Hard, probably from "Bill Clay" to "shoot the glass" up until the climax/standoff with Hans

- The Fellowship of the Ring, definitely Moria and Amon Hen

- The Two Towers, Helms Deep

Way too many to count. I watched the Dark Knight a **** ton too, especially the Bank Robbery prologue and interrogation scene.

I know it's a fairly recent movie but I have seen Iron Man so many times now, I don't ever dare to count. You know how some people can live vicariously through tv, or comics or movies... well, I think this is mine. No matter where I am or what I am doing I can always just sit down and watch that movie and be immersed in it.

A close second would probably be Terminator 2.

I never watched isolated scenes from movies until I got my hands on DVDs. The only scenes I've ever watched by themselves are the lobby scene in the Matrix and the truck chase in RotLA. Those were among my first DVDs and I haven't really used the feature of scene selection since.

My most watched comedies are Dumb & Dumber, Mrs. Doubtfire, Groundhog Day, and Robin Hood: Men in Tights. I've owned them all on VHS and own them all on DVD.

What's the movie you've seen the most in the theaters? Mine would be TPM. Six times in its original run and once in the 3D rerelease. After that would be TDK and Inception at four times each.

Probably Star Wars -- though it got quite a head-start. I watched it constantly when I was a kid. A fraction as much since. Oddly enough, if we're counting all-the-way back to childhood ... The Care Bears Movie probably makes the list, too. My sister got a vote in between Star Wars viewings.

In adulthood, there are a few movies I'll watch whenever they're on. Die Hard. Lucky Number Slevin. Gladiator. Fight Club. Bourne (any of them). 3:10 to Yuma. Black Hawk Down. The Departed. Gran Torino.

Die Hard probably wins.
