Yup, these are DC direct statues.. Have you guys seen this ballet dancing Man of Steel? HORRIFIC!!! Whoever OK'ed this piece needs to do a better job.. :monkey1

JEBUS ... that is suppose to be a FRANK MILLER The Dark Knight Returns Superman... I recongnize the hair style, but I didn't want to believe it till I saw the file name SM_Steel_FrankMiller_1.jpeg
 
I like the idea behind the WWII-styled super heroines, but the execution is pretty bad all the way around with these. Supergirl statue is the only one I think is decent.

Dude HOW do you screw up a Frank Miller statue to this extent, because I so agree with you on this. Koto has a better Miller statue then this out there right now.
 
I have to say though the Bermejeo one looks good,the metallic finish realy suits his design.The Frank Miller one is awful i can see what they were trying for but they missed by a mile.Jim Lee is so so i prefer Koto's Justice League Statue and that will probably be half the price too. There is no way this line can last as long as the Black and White Batman statues.
 
DC Direct/Collectibles always manages to be completely out of touch with their estimated target audiences. Incredible.
