How to take apart a TT

...... I could of swore there was a thread on this here but can't find it. I'm looking to take apart the lower half of a Truetype body. I'm basically want to change out the entire legs of a TT with another body.
I remember someone doing this with a Kaustic Plastik body? I main concern is once the screws from the "buttocks" are removed, how do you split that apart to remove the legs?


Anyways any help or links on how to without breaking or damaging it would be greatly appreciated.

Once you unscrew the butt screws, it should come apart on its own more or less.

That's what I thought but they still seemed to be tightly sealed, glued perhaps?

Perhaps, but I don't remember anything like that when I did a switch a few years ago, maybe they've since started gluing them too?

How do I reattach the bottom onto the torso? It's just a standard TT-18.
