1/6 Glasses - Anyone know how to cast them or print them?

Hey guys,

I'm wondering if anyone here has had any luck with casting 1/6 glasses. And by that I mean with clear lenses, not something solid like sunglasses. Or would printing these be an option? I know lots of people hate working on them due to the difficulty but someone has to be able to do them right?
 
This would be an awesome project for someone to take on. Tons of people need them, including myself.

Im going to go out on a limb here and guess that Buttmunch needs a pair for a Walter White figure?

I would try cutting the shape out of acrylic or polycarbonate, then heating and bending the sides that go over the ears, and painting the metal details onto it.
Some people also use the transparent bubble that action figures come in.
