Maybe PM Corrose as he found tiny hinges for the slide boxes that he made up.

Not sure what size you need but there is this place, they manufacture hinges etc and have resellers in the USA.

Thank you boys for answers. But order it from states will be expensive for me, so I made them. I know, that they don't look perfect, but for my purpose it is enough.
Bend plastic with hair dryer and then cut few holes.
