It all depends on what fabric the outfit is made out of. If its a synthetic material it normally won't dye with normal fabric dye. And even if the suit does, the stitching might not.

There is a dye that works. It will dye everything. iDyePoly. That stuff will dye metal. You may need to strip it first.
