Alright, got all the parts for my Alfred and not real happy with it, any suggestions on improving it besides throwing it out and starting over?

I'm doing the same. Just be aware that his black suit is 3 piece, so you will need a vest. Don't think it should be that hard to find one like that though. Also maybe consider a slightly "baggier" suit as Caine isn't as trim as a truetype, so adding a paunch may be advisable for accuracy.

this may be a dumb question but can you buy a 1/6 "paunch" to pad a figure with?
You can find plenty of fatsuit on ebay.
I wouldn't go with the bruce lee suit, it will be way too small for alfred.

I just did some ebay shopping so here's the update.
I got a fat suit from the HT Nicholson joker. (https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/350581217855?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649)
I'm also using this head (already in hand). Its pretty nice and very reasonably priced. (https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/140794185459?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649)
I got a black vest from the DID SD Becker. This was more pricey than the alternatives but was much more nicely tailored, and I think the depth of the V Neck matched the pics I could find of Alfred better. (https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/170892302580?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649)
Also got the ZY Toys Black Suit. I think this will be too small, but its a nice suit so failing that it will go towards a MIB custom or upgrade one of my Reservour Dogs figures (a black suit never goes to waste!)

ahh, thanks for the tip. I can't seem to find any 1/6 black vests on ebay right now, but I am sure one will turn up eventually. I already have that same Cain head on order, just need to get the rest. Thanks for the tip on the fat suit, might have to give that a try.

Hint: You want to use the term waistcoat rather than vest. Vest pulls up the military vests.

I'll post a picture once I get it all pulled together - probably won't be for a week as I'm in Australia and the parts are coming from Hong Kong. I suspect I'll need to use a Sideshow Reservour Dogs suit to make it all work - Luckily I have this already

Saw the Rainman one but couldn't justify $350 for it. That second one I had not seen before but would love to get it if its available. Thanks for the lead.

You need to find a better waistcoat and jacket. The tie is also looking a bit dodgy, you might also want to replace that.
Also, please tell me your upgrading the sculpt.
