Getting Custom Headculpts to stay on True Types

I have painted custom headsculpts all on Hot Toys True Types with the neck adapters, none have the HT Necks. My question is, how does everyone get their custom sculpts to stay on? Do you use glue?

I've been using crazy glue and steel pins. First I glue it on so it's easy to work with. Glue alone won't hold. Then I take a pin drill vice and a 0.026 in. drill bit, as most straight pins are 0.027 in. in diameter. Drill 3, or 4 holes equal distance around the neck. Make sure holes are centered on the wide part of the TT neck post. Pull pin out slightly , cut, file smooth and push back in till the pin is flush with the neck.

I am starting to learn to love Bluetac its so handy for fixing heads on sticks to paint

yep blue tak is the best as its not permanent if you ever swap bodies
