Really can not find anything on Google. Any one got a tutorial, and can you cast loads at once?

I and a few others use this silicone for the molds:

And this quick resin so you can do 1 head every hour or so:

As for doing heads its easy.

Make a open top box using foam board and hot glue it together leaving a 1cm gap around the edges of the head and 1cm above the top of the head.

Put a dab of hot glue on the base of the head and put that in the middle of the box.

mix your resin and pour slowly to avoid air bubbles.

when your done pouring your silicone tap it on a table (make sure not to spill out the silicone) for several minutes.

Leave the mold for a night or several hours if you made the mix stronger.

when the mold is set pull apart the box so you just have the mold.

You might have to make some slices in the mold near the neck to get the original head out but you may be ok. Anyway remove the head and your set for making heads :)

u may have to cut a bit in the middle the back to allow u to pull the silicon back to get the helm out

Thanks alot for the information and advice, I will give it a go!
