Help Required.....

Hi Guys,

I'm not a wizz on computers, but I'm having problems viewing product videos on the SS site.
After clicking on download on the product I need to view I get a message flashing up that says " click to run ActiveX "
I cant bypass it as it keeps popping up...
But after clicking the message my screen crashes and I'm back to the Windows logging page ...
Ive tried everything to find and delete the program but Im stuck.
Any help guys and gals would be much appreciated...:chew :chew

Kill your pop-up blocker and install active X.

is this with firefox or IE?
