Help Required.....

Hi Guys,

I'm not a wizz on computers, but I'm having problems viewing product videos on the SS site.
After clicking on download on the product I need to view I get a message flashing up that says " click to run ActiveX "
I cant bypass it as it keeps popping up... :banghead
But after clicking the message my screen crashes and I'm back to the Windows logging page ... :banghead:banghead:banghead
Ive tried everything to find and delete the program but Im stuck. :confused:
Any help guys and gals would be much appreciated...:chew :chew

Kill your pop-up blocker and install active X.
