Yeah that's definitely a figurine. Thanks for the heads up. Maybe I'll get it considering EW is one of the last decent magazines to buy these days. Although they have the iPad app too, hmmm.....
 
I tried finding out how big the actual figure is, but no such luck. It's probably in the 5 to 7 inch range.
 
Well. It's FREE - when you subscribe to Entertainment Weekly. So if you plan to just toss the mags - then yeah; it's $25 for the Batman figurine. But ET is a decent magazine. I always pick up a copy at the station for my commute to work. So if you enjoy the mag already; the figure is icing.
 
I got one at the DC booth at SCCC, as my subscription was about to expire anyway and you could subscribe and get the figurine right there. It's pretty small but actually has really good detail.
 
Entertainment Earth has a free figure too, but you have to buy 99.00 worth of EE merch to get it.
