it looks like when he was testing the suits systems out and moving all the panels.
edit. Ahh these could be custom figures, notice the sign says Iron Man Collartible expo 2, they did the same thing a few years ago where people custom painted and designed there own Iron Men from the Hot Toys figures.

yeah must be a custom. Looks like it might be a Mark 2-3 body. Man thats some dedication to mold the entire figure

Thanks! This looks really good! I'm trying to mod my extra mark iv to iron patroit comic version soon. After that I may attempt doing the same to the extra mark ii i have. This need some serious skill.
