Just shop around a bit on ebay.
As said, the TTL bodies are nice and you can get them for just under $20 shipped.
Soldier Story also has nice bodies and are inexpensive.

I'd say use a dragon body and it will be ok as that coat looks tight fitting.
Yes the dragon bodies are crap looking compared to hot toys and ttl, but if your on a budget they work fine and if clothed it dos'nt matter what they look like.
