Does anyone out there know who makes the best reproduction boxes? I am most interested in Ideal Captain Action boxes. If anyone knows, could you please list there web site. Thanks.

You should ask on some vintage toy boards, like The Trenches (vintage 12 inch GI Joe):

There are some guys there who make pretty good repro GI Joe boxes. I know some on the past have made vintage CA stuff too, but someone there might be better able to answer your question.
And as was said the new CA figures comes with a vintage repro box inside (the box with the photo on it, I believe, not the first box with the drawing).
