It's from the Arkham City video game.
It's based on Arkham City and it looks like the sculptor did amazing job with capturing the specific scene!

yes it is from the Arkham city game this one was painted black and white there will be a different paint scheme i know the sculpter ill keep you guys posted

Only thing I have to criticise would be Bats expression. i wouldnt look that bored if a guy like Solomon is raging on me. But maybe its just a normal Monday for Batman.

This is much better than anything that is produced by DC Direct lately
nice sculpts but I don't like either of the poses
