I think a armor Wolverine could be a cool take on the character. Just because he can heal doesn't mean he likes to be hit. The only other suggestion I could give is maybe look at stuff Sideshow puts out with their G.I Joe (Cobra Viper and Zartan) and Star Wars (Troopers) lines. When I 1st saw that Metal Gear armor I thought it would work great for a Moon Knight figure so I'll probably get it for that. I look forward to seeing what you come up with, good luck.

I'm new around here and I have a question and I'm not sure if I'm allowed to ask it or what the rules are!? But are you guy's buying bodie's and heads and modding your own figures or just modding your existing HT's figures?

I've though of putting my own Wolvie together because of the ridiculous asking prices but I'm not sure if we are allowed to discuss Ebay parts/copie's and the like? :dunno

Nice, I might PM him. I have the actual fists. If I can't find any I might have a go at it myself. I wouldn't mind making the bone claws but have them popping out the back of the wrist all bloodied style.

They are the original figure hands but still, I picked up the original hands for $16 free shipping without claws. $114 for 6 bits of 3cm metal is really taking the piss. Although that's the go with this hobby I've found out!

I used to build inticrate models as a young kid so I'm sure even my dodgy attempt is more worthwhile than splashing that kind of cash :wink1:

What would be a good alternative to use for fists to use on a ttm19 hand peg? Would the t2 t800 fist fit? Ive heard that the superman fist work well. The skin tone does seem a little on the light side though and they sell them as a set on eBay.

The CM Toys body is big around the waist though.

I really LOVE the camo version a page back though. Maybe I will go that route :S

Nice. Not sure what you made your bone claws from but I've found Tooth picks actually to a really good job also the ends of thin paint brushes sanded down a bit.

The Hot toys Platoon dog tags and necklace set go for about $20 bucks on Ebay. I also bought the Baby Doll Samurai sword for an extra. Looks sweet.

I had thought of some kind of polyurethane but I was struggling to come up with a mould.

Thought I'd upload my custom. He's pretty plane jane but I think he looks better like this. I have a leather for him and also a Samurai sword but after posing him I think the basic poses look better. I purposely didn't use pegs or feet inside the boots so he sits about 3/4 of a head shorter than my other figures. I just need to get a stand for him now.

Just got my new bone claws from Robbiethepainter they suit the figure very well and I just finished painting them up the same day. Here are some pictures with the bone claws and the new headsculpt with more accurate paint aps.:)

Hi,
Just started with mine. I need to pink up the CM BODY to match the head.
Then I need to get some more accessoiries.

The CM Toys body is big around the waist though.

I really LOVE the camo version a page back though. Maybe I will go that route :S

I finally got around to set up the wolfman set with a different top.
The head looks better with lights from the bottom with a joker stand IMO.

I recommend Hitfigure 2.0 body its a great low cost high quality choice.

This is a quick piece-together for fit. Still need to do some subtle repainting to fix the beard and skin tone...but have no idea when I'll get around to it. This is a good bash for people wanting a good neutral expression. I did shave the Medi head from the bottom, to resemble the way the HT head fits the body (using TTM19).

If I was interested in putting together a custom Logan, what would be a good body to get?

Also is it easier to do it piece by piece purchase, or spring for the HT Logan and go from there?
