Can l paint over a sideshow headsculpt and seal it with Testors Dullcoat? l don't feel like stripping all the paint, l just want to darken the flesh tones a tiny bit...

Yep, you can do that. Some opt to strip the paint to get down to the original sculpt and possibly let more of the detail to come through. But no problem just painting over what's already there.

I would strongly advice a repaint, especially, when the headsculpt looks like this 
You can but you will lose some detail.the more times you paint the less detail shows through.

No it's a Freddy Krueger headsculpt l wanna make a bit more darker....his flesh doesn't look that burned to me
That's not a stock SS PF paint job on the left is it?

That's not even the same head scult. I guess the one from the right are the protos, and the one from the left are the final product, but the head sculpt it self looks way different. And what the ... happened to Rogue eyes??
