I had the same apartment.

Statues on every bookshelf surface. Boxes stacked up behind my desk and then statues on top of the boxes. My outside balcony COMPLETELY loaded with brown shippers.

I was dating this girl and she came over to my place for the first time and saw all that. She frowned but decided not to break up with me on the spot.

That was 9 years ago and now we're married with a little girl.
