Broken Sideshow Thanos Dio Exclusive

Ok-here is the deal. This was sold and returned to me broken. Long story short UPS didn't cover the insurance cost (after a month or so of aggravating emails and phone calls, my claim was ultimately denied.) I need to sell it.

Damage description: The only damage is to the base--The Captain American shield was returned broken in two pieces and there is a small chip on the shield that was missing, so if it were to be repaired, the shield would be missing a very small piece.

The graphic box is included. Please reference pics.
