I have tried phoning twice now, left messages both times. I also tried the online callback form. Still no luck.
Any email I should try to get that Princess Leia Cancelled ASAP???

I had to call them today on another issue. Phone rang several times, I actually thought I was going to end up leaving a voice mail but got Jennifer instead. Pleasant surprise and very helpful.
Just a thought are you taking into account the time zone differences if any??

I am guessing that they are just swamped with calls. It was the callback form that got me hooked up with Cindy and she handled it within minutes of my reply.
I tried calling before and after noon Sideshow time BTW.
I was just freaking because of the small time window to get it done.
As usual Sideshow CS comes thru in the end!

Somehow I can never get used to that.. You're sort of talking to someone who's living a day behind you. I mean.. it's almost like.. like Science Fiction!

Just use email - they've turned around every question I've ever asked in under 48 hours - all times except once under 24.

Hey Gang,
No need for the mulitple e-mails and phone calls, really. This is what actually holds us up as we have to figure whether we assisted someone already, sifting through sometimes hundreds of duplicate e-mails. We appreciate everyone's patience as we work to get to your e-mails and assist you!
We also would like ot remind you that if you want to cancel a pre-order that the best time to do that is in between the arrival notification and the card processing notification. This is how to insure that there is no mis shipment of product and unwanted charges to your card!

Again, we ask everyone to be patient around comic-con time almost all of or reps were out of the office. We are currently catching up on our e-mail na dresponding to customer issues and questions. We appriecte if everyone only uses one form of contact as many of these requests that were ar esifting through are duplicates and quadruplicates formt he same customers.
Pitchin, if you would like to submit your urgent, 5 day old issue to me directly through my freak in box (this time only) please go ahead and do so.
best,
C
