I did most of this 1/6 scale Jabba a couple of years ago, and I'm mainly posting this because, although I know the boys at Sideshow can do much better, it's really not that difficult.

Thanks, Mikey, but I actually need a mold maker and caster. Right now he's done in super sculpey and I was concerned about applying paint that might interfere with the molds. I can mold and cast heads but because of the size I'm going to need to make a couple two part molds and possibly try and rotocast the tail/body section.
I need to rework the shoulder articulation and possibly put in a swivel feature on the upper arm.

I also did an Ithorian. I was looking at the costume and how the 'neck hump' was basically a hood that went over the actor's head so I made a two part system. The neck hump fits over the peg that attaches the head. His head attaches to the neck hump and can swivel so he can look from side to side. His feet are basically boots that attach to the ankle peg on a Sideshow body. The hands are done in sculpey since I haven't been able to cast them correctly.

That I thorian is excellent!!

Let me know if you ever need a painter. It'd be a pleasure to work on such fantastic alien sculpts. And Jabba and Hammerhead were personal favorites as a child.

My main intention was to show how you can use existing body styles for aliens. This one here is the most amazing Ithorian I've ever seen in 1/6 was entirely sculpted and articulated:
