After seeing how T-800 turned out, I have concluded that 1/4 scale figures is Enterbay's specialty and they just never realized it. I might have to start putting money aside for their 1/4 scale stuff because it's awesome and at this rate Hot Toys 1/6 scale figures will end up rising to be the same price as Enterbay 1/4 lol

I'd love to have Robocop and Kamen Rider for sure. I probably wouldn't go for the more normal looking characters though unless Rambo comes with some awesome weapons.

Well, no seriously. A 1/4 scale Robocain will never happen - a lot of people could chime in and beat that particular dream to death.

When the hell is anyone gonna make a proper BD Robocop is what I wanna know. The only one I know of is the 12" McFarlane and that left a lot to be desired. We've gotten Robocops from every company under the sun and now Enterbay, theirs will probably be a clean version too.

EB have been alot better with release dates. Arnie wasn't too bad a wait, Leon was quick and Tony Montana is released next week too. I'd say that's good going. Judging by the T800 EB could rule this new scale.

as accurate as EB's head sculpt is...i still think there's a fundamental likeness issue that is overshadowed by the amazing finishing and overall WOW factor of the figure. With the sunglasses on it's GREAT 10/10, with the shades off...

We went over the head sculpt from EB in the 1/4 T800 thread pages and pages ago.

It is 10x better than everything else out there combining factors of sculpting, paint job and overall likeness of Arnold.

I just hope this figure doesn't come with a metal armored suit which could make this thing way too expensive to collect.

The sideshow PF version is still the king and one of the few PF that's articulate. But it's long due for an update.

I know all the released enterbay 1/4 scale are mixed media, so probably polystone with plastic as the armor? hopefully it's on par to sideshow PF quality...maybe my first enterbay item.

A review is up on (I think, the figma figure) over at collectiondx.com. It's ok ish but I'll be happy with an accurately poseable Robo along the lines of the old Hot Toys one. I think accurate proportion is the most important thing for me. I've got an old Horizon 1/6 vinyl kit and that has to be the only near perfect version of Weller Robo I've seen, right down to his pout. Superb kit painted up.

The only thing I'd say I'll buy in 1/4 is the P1 & P2 but if the EB Robocop is anything like there T800, it's going to be hard to say no to but I'm really trying to stick to just collecting Preds, which is going to be expensive alone. :clap Totally agree, this should be an easily articulated figure to do. Robo from the movies was fairly limited in his movements, just examine the way he walks, very deliberate. Now Kain is a totally different matter, this fig would require a ____load of articulation, not to mention all the weapons, gadgets and gizmos that he has to be able to move.

Trust HT to take on a challenge like that. That other once unlikely-seeming figure, the Alien Queen, seems like its not quite as unlikely anymore.

However that other thing I've seen mentioned, the APC from Aliens - far, far too big even for Hot Toys. Likewise the APU from the Matrix Revolutions. People forget how big those were. The APU was much much bigger than the Powerloader from Aliens yet I've seen people compare the two in the past.

I'm very selective, I don't buy a lot of frilly figures on a whim. I don't care about Marvel superheroes, with the possible exception of Capt. A. My main interests are Star Trek TOS, some vintage sci-fi like The Outer Limits (although there's nothing out for OL that I want—the old SS 1/6 figs are fairly doll-like and silly). I have a couple of 1/6 statues on pre-order from HCG along with a 1/4 statue. I prefer 1/4 so a special Enterbay RoboCop 1/4 is a must-have for me, especially since i don't have one already, and I think I would pay $500 as an exception.

Sorry for the bump but I can't imagine EB doing a figure without the actor/celebrity's likeness and its pretty well known that Peter Weller has never given his likeness, that I know of. I think the Horizon model kit had it. Does anybody have any details/info on this as it pertains to EB's RoboCop?

It even looks like there's an ON/OFF switch on the back just like NECA's but it seems like all the other figures are 'bundled' along with others from the same makers.
