That is just another Asian convention. Those guys go all out on these Anime conventions. I like the Auron suit thought!

I actually respect the Asian conventions, they put alot of REAL work into their costumes. My wife went to Anime Central here in Chicago, and said most of the cos-players were fat, teenage dorks or way-too skinny goths and put little to no effort into their costumes.
