exactly, whenever i see something like this for a low price i always look at the shipping. most of the time the sellers will add an extra "handling" fee and most people wont even bother to do the math until its too late.

Even with the $30 shipping it comes to $165 shipped and I don't think that's that bad.

not to hate because i think its a great piece, but i dont like it for some reason. something about it doesnt look right to me.

Not a fan of this Logan piece. The head and face remind me of Sinestro from Green Lantern.

Unfortunately shipping of this to Europe costs like 75 $ with usps global express
and I hate paying that high prices to shipping :emperor

Let's see, according to the Sideshow website, the Logan statue weighs 20 lbs. and according to the USPS website a 20 lbs package from NY to CA is $27.53 for USPS Parcel Post. I don't know this seller, but all he did was round the postage up to $30. That's just $2.47 more. I wouldn't exactly call that being "ripped off".

For that price it could be delivered to europe.

According the USPS website, shipping that package from NY to the UK would cost $81.15 for USPS Air Parcel Post. Not $30. Hmmm.

Just thought I'd point that out :D

I have no problem with adding a bit, rounding up, shipping costs, as it were. How far away do any of YOU live from a post office? It would cost me at least $4.00 in gas alone just to mail the damn thing! :rolleyes: :D

i agree!! i used to live on the other side of town, but since i moved two years ago i could walk 1/4 mile to the post office. thats why whenever i sell something i ship it USPS.

Yeah - shipping costs more than most people think.... it seems to be getting more expensive as well. Its the shipping part that makes getting the more difficult pieces that more difficult - as I can never get them locally.

As an example - even if I found a Human Face spike for under $200 - tack another 20% on top for the postage which then makes it not so much of a bargain.....
