Hey all

just wondering if any one could give me tips on the best paints to use to get real looking blood?

Fresh blood = red and shiny, dried old blood is dark red + brown and matte. And variaties in between are possible, matte, semi-gloss, and gloss. Just experiment a little bit with it, it's fun.

burgundy mixed with black. then mix both with some testors gloss clear coat, then apply....
i used it on my werewolf...

Definitely echo the others...Tamiya Clear Red mixed with any type of gloss coat works great!

The pic below was done with heated streched sprues and Tamiya Clear Red and a few other reds to darken it a bit.
